1. Introduction

Welcome to HiddenRidgeStation ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our yacht charter services and website located at hiddenridgestation.sbs (the "Service") operated by HiddenRidgeStation.

By reserving a charter or using our Service, you consent to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Service.

2. Service Overview

HiddenRidgeStation offers a range of high-end yacht charter services, which include:

• Yacht rentals for the day
• Evening boat trips
• Business team-building excursions
• Exclusive gatherings
• Extended charter trips

Our offerings are contingent on availability and climatic conditions. We maintain the discretion to alter or cease our services at any given time.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For charter reservation, the requisites are:

• A minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Submission of complete and accurate details
• Payment of the stipulated deposit as detailed in the reservation confirmation
• Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Your reservation is acknowledged only after we receive your payment and provide written confirmation. We retain the right to decline service to any individual at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability is contingent on vessel availability and favorable weather conditions. We strive to honor your preferred dates and times to the best of our ability.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All quoted prices are in € and are inclusive of any applicable taxes, except otherwise specified. These prices are prone to changes without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Initial deposit: 50% of the complete cost of the charter, due at the time of reservation
• Final payment: Required to be cleared 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the charter
• Other charges (if applicable): Payable upon the charter's conclusion

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and certified cheques. All payments are processed through secure and encrypted mechanisms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• If canceled more than 72 hours prior to departure: Full refund minus transaction fees
• Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure: A refund of 50%
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure: No eligibility for refund

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should unsafe weather conditions be determined by our captain, your options are:

• Rebooking your charter for another available date without additional expenses
• Obtaining a full refund if rescheduling proves to be unfeasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In case of technical malfunctions with your designated yacht, efforts will be made to arrange a suitable replacement. When no alternative is viable, a complete refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All intending passengers are expected to:

• Heed all directions from the crew
• Utilize the safety gear provided when necessary
• Notify us of any health conditions that might influence their safety
• Stay within the allocated areas on the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

Examples of items forbidden on board include:

• Containers made of glass
• Illicit materials
• Firearms or any forms of weaponry
• Excessive quantities of non-alcoholic beverages beyond reasonable consumption
• Pets (unless they have obtained prior approval)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers are required to maintain respectful behavior. We hold the authority to end a charter prematurely if passenger conduct is hazardous or detracts from other guests' experience, with no refund offered.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our liability is confined to the charter fee you have paid. We shall not be held accountable for:

• Injuries to oneself owing to personal negligence
• The disappearance of or damage to personal items
• Indirect or subsequent damages, or punitive compensation
• Delays triggered by weather or events beyond our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Our operations and vessels are under full marine insurance. It is incumbent upon passengers to arrange their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By opting for our charter services, you recognize and take personal responsibility for the intrinsic risks involved with marine activities.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Itineraries, paths, and schedules are subject to revision in light of factors such as weather, safety concerns, or operational necessities. Every attempt will be made to provide a similar alternative experience.

9. Force Majeure

We are exempt from responsibility for any delays, cancellations, or changes caused by unavoidable events which are out of our control, these include, but are not limited to:

• Extreme weather events
• Acts of nature
• Orders from governing bodies
• Port shutdowns
• Yacht malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed respecting our Privacy Policy. By engaging with our services, you agree to the collection and use of your details as specified in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is secured by copyright and trademark laws, including text, imagery, emblems, and photos. Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works without our explicit consent is not allowed.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by laws effective in France. Legal disputes will be managed by the courts in Nice, France.
